All organic ingredients to make your own syrup! All you need is distilled water and sweetener of your choice, honey or maple syrup.

You will make a delicious elderberry syrup made with non-GMO organic elderberries. This syrup can be used on ice cream, pancakes, yogurt and as an immune and allergy support. It can also be added to water and used as a tea or beverage.

This listing is for a 16oz dry kit of ingredients to make your own syrup. This bag will keep the dry ingredients fresh and ready to use for up to a year. The syrup made from this requires refrigeration and is good stored in fridge up to 45 days. You can also pour into ice cube trays and freeze for longer storage.

Elderberries are a tart berry that offer medicinal value. They are a powerful immunity booster full of antioxidants and vitamins, including A,B and C. Elderberries have traditionally been used to fight colds, and flu, improve heart health, help with inflammation like arthritis and lower cholesterol.

Elderberry syrup is generally well tolerated and safe for use by individuals over the age of 1. Due to the raw honey used please do not give to children under 1.

The standard serving size of elderberry syrup is 1/2 - 1 teaspoon for children and 1/2 - 1 tablespoon for adults.
