Elderberries are a tart berry that offer medicinal value. They are a powerful immunity booster full of antioxidants and vitamins, including A, B and C.

Elderberry syrup is generally well tolerated and safe for use by individuals over the age of 1. Due to the raw honey used please do not give to children under 1.

The standard serving size of elderberry syrup is 1/2 - 1 teaspoon for children (under 4) and 1/2 - 1 tablespoon for adults and children over 4.

When additional support is needed use 3 times daily until symptoms subside. Keep refrigerated and shake well before use.
