I hope this finds you doing well. These past several weeks, which is now just about 2 months of unimaginable change, have been difficult for many of us on different levels.
How we nourish our soul, mental health and physical strength during this time will be different for each of us. No matter the choices, it is important do so.
I have heard and read these past few weeks of sleepless nights, daily worry and people wondering what will be around the corner in terms of employment, savings, vacations, education, family life, our health, and what is the new normal.
Whew! No wonder our anxiety levels have increased and we feel stressed. Our minds still spinning, when we need to rest and recharge, as our heads hit the pillow.
Many of you know I carry well vetted, customer approved, quality hemp wellness products. These are from small companies that have a vision to heal and help their customers using USA farm grown hemp. There are many cannabinoids found in the hemp plant that are beneficial to our health and wellness. CBD is a cannabidoil that we have been using and hearing about the past couple years. Newer on the scene are 2 other cannanbinoids known as CBG and CBN. There are some promising and eye-opening papers on each of these. I had some available and handed out just before the doors closed due to COVID19.
